Four stages. One trip.

This is the actual sequence, in order — from the first call to the keys in your hand. Nothing here is hidden behind a "register to learn more."

Stage 1Week 1

Tell us what you're after

A 20-minute call about budget, purpose (yield, lifestyle, residency), and the areas worth your time. We rule out everything that doesn't fit before you've booked anything.

Stage 2Week 2–3

We build your shortlist and book your trip

4–6 units, pre-screened against your brief. We arrange your flight and hotel dates around the developer viewing windows, so nothing is sitting empty when you land.

Stage 33–4 days

You land. You walk every unit.

A local advisor meets you at the airport and stays with you the whole trip — viewings, the actual commute to the metro, the actual view from the balcony at 6pm. You decide on the ground, not from a render.

Stage 4At closing

If you buy, your trip is credited back

Your flight and hotel cost is deducted from your closing costs, up to the cap agreed before you travel. If you don't buy, you've still seen the building, the block, and the city — on a paid, no-obligation tour.
